I have been taking lessons with Brian for about two years now. He is an incredible teacher, very easy to understand and patient. My guitar playing has improved so much since I started taking lessons with him. Highly recommended!!!

Brian is an extremely talented musician and is equally as great as a teacher. I was intimidated by learning guitar but his easy going personality and way of teaching quickly put me at ease and I became more confident every lesson. Truly impressive how he can listen to any song you bring him and by just listening to it a couple times he is able to figure it out and teach you how to play it. Makes learning so fun! I highly recommend Brian to anyone at any level.

Brian is a wonderful guitar teacher. I really appreciate the way he crafts the lesson plan with you to achieve your specific goals as a musician. I have been seeing him on and off for years as I am a busy person and he is always so kind and willing to accommodate scheduling requests. You can really tell he knows the guitar like the back of his hand, and he can play just about any song by ear after just a few quick listens so you have a lot of versatility in what you can do.
He is also well versed in music theory and very good at explaining it in a way that makes sense to my brain. On top of that he is friendly reliable and easy to get in contact with. Would definitely recommend for guitar lessons !!

Brian Jacobson is an extraordinary guitar teacher. Brian taught my daughter guitar, then as a beginner. In her early teens. Brian arrived, weekly, on time, with a warm smile and willingness to work for how ever long it was to make sure my daughter was enjoying and learning through this often challenging process. My daughter learned so much from Brian.
Not only the guitar, but about patience, and devotion. They developed an important trust and respect as teacher/ student. We were thrilled to have welcomed Brian into our home.
I am certain that Brian is the very best at his craft and as an honorable man.
